Issue is the issue name, the latter of the two months about which the contents of the issue apply.
Ad Close is the date by which all insertion orders for advertisements in the issue must be received.
Materials Due is the date by which we must have in-hand all materials to be used in the preparation of your ad.
To Subscribers is the approximate date the issue will be mailed to subscribers from the printing plant and loaded onto trucks for the newsstand.
On Newsstand is the date newsstand vendors will begin displaying the issue.
